I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
You should start to feel better within 2 to 3 days. It may take up to 4 weeks for pantoprazole to work properly so you may still have some symptoms during this time. If you bought pantoprazole without a prescription, and feel no better after 2 weeks, tell your doctor.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Erosive gastritis is gastric mucosal erosion caused by damage to mucosal defenses. It is typically acute, manifesting with bleeding, but may be subacute or chronic with few or no symptoms. Diagnosis is by endoscopy. Treatment is supportive, with removal of the inciting cause and initiation of acid-suppressant therapy. Let's discuss your problem in detail for better advice and healthy lifestyle.

Hi lybrate-user,
it is better to take the thyronorm first in the morning as acid in the stomach is required for absorbing thyronorm.
You can take pantocid later. In some patients with prolonged use of medications similar to pantocid, mild increase in dosage of thyronorm has been advised. You need to check your bloods for tsh regularly. Hope this helps.
