Fill the caries teeth. If your tooth is broken from middle and if it extends to root you have to extract the tooth. If it does not extend to root you can reproduce the tooth with composite build up or fo for a crown.

Hello Lybrate user, both implant and bridge can be a good option to replace missing teeth but it is difficult to tell which is better. Both of them are done for selected cases and have their own advantage. In smokers or diabetic individual or any patient with poor oral hygiene I will not suggest implant because the chances of failure is more. Bridge is a safer option in such cases and chances of failure is less. Hope this helps.

For temporary relief from pain you can take ketorol dt 2 tabs dissolved in half cup of water. You need to consult an orthodontist for proper examination. He will suggest braces accordingly and may be extraction of one teeth.

Dear ones,
Tooth brushes should not be kept near a toilet, the airborne particles from a flush can travel upto 6 ft so it can easily contaminate the tooth brush which is bad for oral health.
Take care, regards

Teeth are for life, but outer layer called enamel is not resistant to acids, so avoid foods, liquids that generate acid in mouth, also do not brush immediately after acidic drinks as enamel is soft for about 30 minutes, eg after lime juice, fruit juice.

Use a good toothbrush. Choose a toothbrush with soft nylon bristles. This must effectively remove plaque and debris from your teeth, without irritating the gums or eroding tooth enamel like hard bristled brushes can do when used with sideways action. The toothbrush should also fit comfortably in your hand, and have a head small enough to easily reach all of your teeth, especially the ones at the back. If you have difficulty fitting the toothbrush into your mouth, it is probably too big.[3]...more
