Hello, visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. You can also ask for bleaching or whitening. As a home remedy you can apply baking soda or strawberry crush for some time for white teeth. Brush twice a day, floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit your dentist every 6 months.

Hi,
to maintain proper oral hygiene you have to brush your teeth regularly two times. Rinse your mouth when ever you eat something. Avoid sticky and too much chocolates and sweetened food.
Floss your tooth to prevent food impaction between teeth. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Tobacco, gutka, pan like products to prevent serious condition like cancer.
Visit dentist regular.
