Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc.) genetics. You may have a yellow bacterial film called “plaque” that occurs naturally in mouth that can build up. if not removed it hardens to form tartar. For healthier teeth you should follow some routines. Brush regularly two times daily with soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse your mouth after each meal. Floss your tooth to prevent food impaction. Avoid sticky and sweetened food and tobacco products. Alcohol and smoking. Visit a dentist regularly every 6 months.
