Pandering and similar creams are not to be used without the advise of a specialist. They are extremely potent steroids. Your skin is likely to be damaged and addicted to it. Kindly consult a dermatologist for guided treatment plan for you. This is going to take some time to recover.

Don't use Panderm + cream for fairness. It contains steroid + anti fungal + antibacterial combination. Long term use of steroids damages your skin. It has so many side effects. please stop using panderm + cream and consult nearby dermatologist. They will suggest skin lightening cream according to your skin condition.
