Well you have two problems1. Gas problem,- for this you must avoid fried and spicy food. Take 6 small meals instead of 3 major meals. Take plenty of water. One of your meals should be fruits. Do certain lifestyle changes. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
