Along with medicines please start steam inhalation and warm saline gargles and also take all precautionary measure.
Don't take cold drink, ice cream, spicy food and and avoid pickle and curd.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
do hot fomantation.
Sumo joy 1 tab. Bd & sos x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Knee & general exercises.
It may have to be further investigated.
Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor.
If it doe s not give relief in 4-5 days, contact me again.

It can be because of many reason from simple reasons like not sleeping on time or sleeping too much, stress, have long hours of fasting, dehydration to causes like sinusitis, migraine, high blood pressure, tumor etc. Do this
