The tridyl 2 cannot be a substitute for pacitane 2 for patients taking antipsychotic medicines as there is some difference between the two and you have to follow your psychiatrist.

Dear Atul,
For schizophrenia, you need only respidon in adequate dose. You can go upto 6-8 mg/day. The adequate dose of risperidone will give you sleep by reducing the psychotic symptoms. If close is clonazepam, you may not need it in the long run for sleep. You can take for 1-2 weeks till the psychotic symptoms come under full control with adequate risperidone.
