No. Kindly wait for few days. And start again. Isoniazid Nd rifampin regime is outdated. At present isoniazid Nd rifampin and ethambutol is considered. Nd infact pyrazinamide has less liver toxicity as compared to rifampin.

The doses of TB medications are according to body weight with a maximum recommended dose. Some times doses need to be modified as per kidney function test. I think you need to reconsult your doctor for doses as per body weight as per guideline.

There is no reason for you to continue Pyrazinamide so long. And why is there no isoniazid in the prescribed drugs. The regimen you using for to cure tb is not correct. It should contain rifampicin, isoniazid, Pyrazinamide and ethambutol for 2-3 months and later the drugs should be continued without Pyrazinamide only for 9 months at the most in total.
I don't understand the reason for 1.5 yrs of treatment. Even if it's bone tb the drugs should be for 1 year and without Pyrazinamide.

Please follow anti tubercular treatment as scheduled. But all of anti tb medicines are toxic to liver specially r cinex, therefore need to do liver function tests every month or earlier if some changes like loss of appetite / jaundice symptoms felt. We advise liver toxic food like fats & other heavy medicines known to be toxic to liver and kidneys. Atovas is used to lower cholesterol but fats are not given to patients on treatment for tb, emphasis is on high carbs & more simple proteins. There i...more
