TB can never be treated with pyzina and prednisolone alone. The diagnosis should be established by histopathological examination (biopsy). The TB medication is for 9 months and pyrazinamide will cause nausea and vomiting and you can change if your doctor decides it

Taking 3 drugs only? Not on ethambutol?
Taking all the drugs together has better efficacy than as individual. Take all of them empty stomach.
