your headeche could be due to error of refraction of vision of eyes or it could be duevto frontal or maxillary sinusitis. so get your eye vision checked up by a eye specialist./ENT specialist. do warm saline gargle regularly. have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. have plenty of water by mouth.

You maybe suffering from pharyngitis. Do warm saline gargle 3 times a day. If the symptoms persist you may have to take antibiotics. About the headache while using pc, you may have eye strain. Reduce eye strain by taking regular breaks, blinking your eyes often and try to optimize viewing distance. Please check your refractive power and see if you need spectacles. Use refresh tears three times a day.

Take tab calpol for pain relief and Please follow the tips below to feel better:
Wear anti-glare spectacles while using a computer.
Practice the 20/20/20 exercise. Every 20 minutes, focus/look at an object that's at least 20 feet away, for 20 seconds.
Blink often when you are watching TV or working on your computer.
Decrease the brightness level of your computer’s/mobile phone’s screen .Don't decrease it so much that you have trouble seeing.
Minimize watching television.
