For pus filled lesions you need to use antibiotic cream and for the marks creams available in market can be used .We, the Doctors recommend gently washing the face no more than twice daily. Over-the-counter (OTC) pimple treatments often contain benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and sulfur. Prescription medication for pimples includes topical treatment, antibiotics, isotretinoin, and laser and light therapy

Yeast infection, also known as thrush, at the nipples is often felt as a burning, stinging pain that does not go away by reducing sources of friction. This type of infection can cause a swollen, red, sore breast and nipple. Mastitis needs to be treated with antibiotics. If it is left untreated, an abscess can form. Let's have a detailed discussion to ensure proper treatment.

Your baby is reinfected.
All contacts in house need to use permethrin from chin to toe including the baby.
Single application is sufficient.
All linnen and clothes need to be washed in hot water dried in sun and ironed before use.
Hope it works this time.

Hi it would be better if you consult with some photographs as treatment is different for every patient. Also there are many itching conditions assiciated with pregnancy so you might not have scabies.
