Use this solution to remove all the pus and loose scabs. (Don't use hydrogen peroxide because it is a weak germ-killer.) Your healthcare provider may give you a syringe to help wash out the wound. Continue soaking the wound 3 times a day until it looks clear of infection.

I am sorry to hear about your concern, but will be happy to assist you.
As the damaged tissue regenerates, it pushes out the scab, replacing it with new skin. Typically, a scab is dark red or brown. As the scab ages, it becomes darker and may even turn black. A black scab typically does not mean anything more than the healing process is maturing.

Once the scab forms, your body's immune system starts to protect the wound from infection. The wound becomes slightly swollen, red or pink, and tender. You also may see some clear fluid oozing from the wound. This fluid helps clean the area.

Dear Lybrate user. Phimosis is a congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Phimosis could cause moderate to severe pain while having vaginal intercourse. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement...more

Apply coconut water directly on your scars. You may use a cotton ball to apply coconut water to your marks or just pour it over your skin where the scars appear. Repeat this several times a day.
Add 2 glasses of coconut water to your bath water.
Drink a glass of coconut water every day.

Supportive treatment is very important in scabies. Dip all clothes in hot water for 20 minutes and wash later. Treatment of all family members with permethrin cream is required at the same time. The method of application of permethrin cream is to be noted. Permethrin cream should be applied to whole body from neck to toe at night only once a week for 2 to 3 weeks.
