No need to take Antipsychotic in 1 st episode of ocd...it can be treated only one SSRI except Resistant ocd or more then two episode.

tolaz la will not be accidentally injected. It was injected with some purpose. May be that you are not aware of your psychiatric illness. May be you are justifying your behaviour to others nagging. Tolaz la will be in your body maximum for 4 weeks only. If you don't get injected again, it will disappear from your body. Olanzapine is contraindicated in diabetics. So stop it. Give a wash out period to drug for 7 days. Report after7 days till then take tab clonazepam 0.5 mg 1 in the morning and 2 at night.
