Hi. I would advise you to talk to your current psychiatrist and discuss your problem in detail. If you are not satisfy after discussion then better you look for a second opinion.
Whenever any of my patient is not satisfy with the intervention I always encourage them for second opinion. It is always better for both the parties.

It is an antipsychotic used for schizophrenia. Find out the treating psychiatrist and know more about the illness. Mother in law is just blaming you as excuse, you find the doctor and take your parents into confidence. If the illness has started before marriage, they should have got your consent and get married.

Dear user you didn't tell your problem clearly. For what you are taking this treatment and what is the problem and what you want now. But taking all these medicines for a long time would not be good for your physical as well as mental health. You should go for counseling to get rid of your problem and then gradually you can reduce these medicines. Dear lybrate-user,
when did you last consult your psychiatrist? Please consult her/him without stopping the same dose of tablets. She/he may increase the dose or add another drug/therapy or change the drug. The good medicine is the one that works for you. You have to try with enough dose and at least 3-6 weeks. It looks you have developed tolerance to ativan. Reduce and stop it since it does not work as antidepressant.

Please get your serum lithium level done, 12 hours after the last tablet. If it is less than 0.8 mE/l, try increasing lithosun s r to 800 mg.
