when did you last consult your psychiatrist? Please consult her/him without stopping the same dose of tablets. She/he may increase the dose or add another drug/therapy or change the drug. The good medicine is the one that works for you. You have to try with enough dose and at least 3-6 weeks. It looks you have developed tolerance to ativan. Reduce and stop it since it does not work as antidepressant.

You need to discuss this issue with psychiatrist, review of diagnosis and review of medicine may be needed.

Long taking of these medicines are not much good. But during this period you take this and same time you also undergo counselling and psycotherapies to retain a healthy mind.
