The most commonly used medications for managing excessive sweating are anticholinergics. These include medicines such as: glycopyrrolate, oxybutynin, benztropine, propantheline, and others. Many hyperhidrosis patients experience success with anticholinergic therapy. ... Their use for hyperhidrosis is thus “off-label”.

Sweaty Hands called palmar hyperhidrosis is quite embarrassing condition. The specific cause for excessive sweating is unknown but it may be triggered by stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, health conditions like congestive heart failure, diabetes, Parkinson’s disease etc., But many believe it is caused by a hyperactive sympathetic nervous system, causing the sweat glands in the hands to produce sweat unnecessarily. Hi
Oxyspas is one of the classes of drugs for over active bladder. If taken regularly it might be able to control your symptoms. In case symptoms are not controlled, another drug can be added.
If symptoms atill persist, the some invasive therapy might be required.
It might also be worthwhile to do a urodynamic study to look for obstruction and bladder pressures.
