As you are having some problems you are advised to take oxybutynin by a doctor, which helps in relaxing the bladder. So you may need to take consultation to discuss your problems and the way to stop a medication. There is no medicine which doesn't have any side effects but usually its tolerable.

Hello-
No, it can't. Tropan does not have any ill effect on erection but diabetes do. When you have diabetes, three main risk factors can develop erectile dysfunction: nerve damage throughout your body; blood vessel deterioration that interfers with the production of EPCs; and lack of endothelial cells producing nitric oxide, which serves as a signaling molecule used in pathological and physiological process

Dear lybrate-user,
from your symptoms it appears that you may have urethral syndrome. This is often because of urethral stenosis. I assume you had a urine culture done and it was negative. You need to consult a urologist and check a post void residual urine. If there is significant residue you may heed urethral dilatation. Check your blood sugars also as the problem is more common in diabetics
