How long the medication will continue depends upon why you are taking them and what is the severity of your symptoms. Usually the anti depressants are taken for at least 6 months and then it has to be continued depending on your response to medications. Paroxetine belongs to a group of medicines called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors the receptors fr the chemical (serotonin) are present both in your brain and stomach, hence mny a times these medicines can cause git symptoms. 25 mg is a good normal dose needed fr an adult, if symptoms ate manageable kindly continue the medice else reveiw back with your treating psychiatrist.

I hope that Paroxetine (Pari CR) and clonazepam (lonazep) were taken with medical advice and guidance. Please seek a consultation with your Psychiatrist to resolve your query. However it seems that weakness, anxiety, and crying spells are related to depression rathee than clonazepam withdrawal. However a more gradual tapering of clonazepam would be recommended.
