ativan and lonazep both are benzodiazepines which cause dependence. Meaning you can get addicted to them.
In the long term the addiction will result in memory disturbances, gait disturbances etc which you must avoid right now.
Reduce it slowly over two months but do reduce it.

I just want to say you that if you feel better and do not face any anxiety or depression then consult with your psychologist or psycatarist. Or you can take other opinions from another psychologist. If you feel little better you can starts relaxation and meditation theraphies this will heel you effectively and you feel overcome from medication need and side effects if any
