It is a hormonal pill and no one can judge whether any harm can be done or not in future but as of now its better to take it with a prescription through a Gynaecologist.

It is not a reliable emergency contraception. But still if you want to take. You have to take two tablets followed by two tablets after 12 hours.

this cycle has to go like 21 days on and 7 days off tge tab in whi h you get your periods.
it is not the day of menses but on 8th day of pill free period you have to start the next packet.
