I was on warf 1 mg medicine for one year due to deep vein thrombosis in lever portal vein. The platelets count was decreased to 90k. Now doctor has suggested to stop warfarin and take ecosprin 75 mg. Just wanted to know why warfarin is stopped and ecosprin is subscribed.

Actually your doctor will be in a better position to answer your question and there is still a debate for it and in my view Ecosprin is to be used as a blood thinner for arterial clots and is not effective for vein diseases and warfarin is still a preferred option for DVT.

Can ovral g tablets and dienogest tablets be taken together. One doctor prescribed me ovral g for spotting and I went to other doctor who gave dienogest. As these both tablets are hormonal, my doubt is can't these be taken together?

no, only one packet of hormones to be taken per cycle. ovral l is better than ovral g which has more hormones which are not needed by our body.

It has to start from 5th day of mc for 21 days then wait for bleeding
then start from 5th day of bleeding.
