If you are looking for a regular,daily oral contraceptive pill. Both should not be taken.Other safer pills are available

It is a hormonal pill and no one can judge whether any harm can be done or not in future but as of now its better to take it with a prescription through a Gynaecologist.

It is not a reliable emergency contraception. But still if you want to take. You have to take two tablets followed by two tablets after 12 hours.

Ovral g tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Yes you need to start on 5th day.

this cycle has to go like 21 days on and 7 days off tge tab in whi h you get your periods.
it is not the day of menses but on 8th day of pill free period you have to start the next packet.
