Hello dear lybrate-user, hi
Warm welcome to Lybrate.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* In our clinic, we recommend a minimum trial of 6 - 9 months of conservative treatment to conceive, before going for laparoscopy. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance. Regards take care.

As per your report since your amh level is low and high fsh you are not having good no and quality of eggs, so you may not be able to conceive naturally. So ivf is a better option for you.
Still if you want a natural cycle you should go for it asap with wasting time.

A TSH reading above 4.0 mIU/L is considered high (elevated). High TSH levels typically indicates an underactive thyroid gland, which produces too little thyroid hormone. This is known medically as hypothyroidism. ... Summary: High TSH levels for the average adult are 4.2 mIU/L and over. So your thyroid level is fine and vitamin D is very low and need supplement .
