Hello, Thanks for the query.
TSH 7.99 mU/L is higher than normal, but considered as subclinical hypothyroidism, no treatment is advocated at this level. Only if there are severe troublesome symptoms present then treatment may be initiated. Otherwise no need. Precautions are to avoid soy beans and soy containing products. Plus use iodinated salt. Check TSH after 6 moths. Thanks.

Most common symptom of hormonal problem is delayed menses and weight gain. You have both so you r likely to be suffering from pcod which can be easily diagnosed with ultrasound and fsh, lh, tsh and prolactin blood test. If you ever had sex after last menses then it would be worth if you check for the pregnancy with home urine pregnancy test. If there is no issue like this then please get all this tests done to help you better.

Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce.
