Both are good depends on patient condition and special situation. Get your PT INR checked which should be in range of 2-3. I feel 1mg is very low dose.

All medicines should be taken with plain water. Having said that, I don't think anyone could vouch for the efficacy of a medicine. But it should work. What is the problem?

Since there has been no ejaculation there is unlikely any chance of pregnancy. So don't worry.
