If the strip was of quality there is no reason to disbelieve. Of course there are chances of false positive test, but it is rare. You do another test with your morning sample of urine to confirm. You need not take ovigyn d since your Amh is normal. You can take cabergolin and Clomid .this will help you to conceive too.

26 years with such low amh might indicate that the reserves are depleted prematurely .i would suggest you to go for some additional tests to confirm if it's a case of premature ovarian failure! And the management differs in both the situations .for details you can consult me on a private forum.
