Folate should ideally be started from 3 months before conception. Doses may vary according to your previous history of pregnancy. And iron tablet are taken from 2nd trimester onwards if your hemoglobin level are within normal range.

Hello, you have to use it throughout the cycle, and as this protocol has been implemented for fertility and assisting conception so this may be repeated even for next cycle if she doesn't get pregnant.

Absolutely safe- these are usually advised till 8-12 weeks. But nowadays we do not prefer tjis drug because of risk of ovarian hyperstimulation in mother.

Hello. It will help only if your ovarian reserve is very poor. So I do not think that at such a young age of 22 ,u require to take ovigyn d3.
Rather get your basic infertility ultrasonography scan done, get tsh and prolactin level done and semen analysis report of husband. If everything is normal then simple treatment with clomiphene citrate for 5 days will help you to great extent. Take care and feel free to ask.

if you have been planning for 6 months or more and still not conceived plz do complete fertility evaluation. for both partners. yes the nutrients in ovidyn d3 are aimed at improving the quality and improve no oocytes.chance for natural conception is 4-6 percent

You both should see doctor to know whether you need any tests. It's better to check for thalassaemia, rubella and blood group. Take folic acid. You should have regular and frequent intercourse.
