We are trying for a baby since a year. We are not succeeded yet having all the lab tests and reports normal. May be you are not trying at the right time, and not following the ovulation days.
So for now on if you have a regular cycle of 28-30 days then do intercourse every alternate day from day 8 of cycle till 18th day of cycle
start some exercise or yoga daily, it increases fertility and take regular nutritious diet.
Also get husband's semen analysis done.

Hello madam Dr. ne mujhe tab Ovigyn dsr and tab Q gold f diya hai, last period maine 29 June ko dekha tha pr abhi tak mujhe period nahi aaya hain, pichhle 8 din mujhe lower abdomen pain, thakawat, back ache aur lo fever tha, pr abhi aisa kuch nahi hain. Hi lybrate-user, it could be pregnancy please get a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. Breast heaviness and heaviness in lower abdomen are signs of early pregnancy. If the test is negative then repeat it after 4 days.

Trying to conceive. My last period duration was 34 days. This time doctor gave me ovigyn D3, and on 13 day had gone for ultrasound, she told I have polycystic, on r/O, left ovary normal, free fluid seen. Endometrium 5.7. Egg released? ,on 10 day of period I felt bit pain on my right ovary, and mucus also stick and sleeper. And given evatone 2 mg and duphaston 10 mg. I don't know I am ovulated or not. Still having medicine. Today is 17 day of my period again right side I am feeling pain. Could you please tell me is it ovulation pain or what. On April there is no cyst seen in ovaries, and my FSH and LH, Prolactin is normal in report.

There are ovulation kits in the market which can help you knowing your ovulation Just wait maybe you are pregnant this cycle itself.

at this point of time the best option would be to go for IVF. since Amh is poor. I would also suggest you to do ANA, LA, HOMOCYSTEINE, APLA Sometimes although there is no international recommendation, but we do have seen immunological associated problems. Also suggest do karyptyping

My wife is 40 years old, first kid is 7 years old and he has mild to moderate autism, my wife do not have any health issue and weight is 68 kg, 3 months ago a miscarriage happened, her amh is 0.89, she is taking ovigyn d3 and folion-d since 3 months as suggested by doctor, same doctor suggested to take ivf help also but we want to go with natural pregnancy, can we succeed naturally? What can we do to avoid any other miscarriage, should we plan naturally or ivf is the only option now?

since this will be a precious preganncy for you, also becaue your wife is now 40 years old, it would be best to consult an infertility expert, who can examine your wife and decide on the chances of a normal pregnancy

Hi am Anjali, a 30 yrs old married girl. Earlier I used to have regular but very painful periods and got my chocolate cyst (9cm) of left every operated in march 2013. Had taken Lu pride injection and had no periods till 7th months of my operation. Doctor had suggested for immediate conception after resuming of my periods but I could not conceive so far. The pain remained the same after my operation also and I used to take" Super spas" I again consulted a gynecologist on 21st September 2015. I got my sonography done and again have 2 cm cyst in left ovary only. Medication are on. I am taking" Productive F" tablet after breakfast n" Ovigyn DSR n overall G" after dinner. Doctor has said that the cyst will be dissolved with these medicines but she did not assure me. She also said that because of the cyst I am not conceiving though I am getting regular periods. When I asked the doctor that what is my right ovary doing. She said that right ovary also might have small cysts which could not be diagnosed in sonography. please suggest. Thanks.

From what you have written it appears you are suffering from Endometriosis. This is known to cause fertility problems even in the absence of ovarian cysts.
Since you have a small cyst on the ovary it would be best to start taking pills for three months and then repeat the USG to see if the cyst has gone. If still there you may need a repeat laparoscopy first followed by IUI to help you concieve

Dear sir, After my marriage in march of 2015 there after my means totally stopped. I go to the doctor and medicine crimson. Continue taking one year and timely coming period but when I plan for baby then period totally stopped. When doc give medicine then coming otherwise not coming. I checked all thyroid. Amh,prolactin etc and sonography. Doc said some cyst round the ovary side. Then again I change doctor and he checked all and result normal but period not coming. He gave forminal and OVIGYN D3 TAB. My husband also giving MAXOZA L AND CLORINATOR TAB. After 3 month not coming period and doctor suggest again give the medicine for period. I want suggestions and pls give the IVF treatment cost. I middle class family. My height 5.2 and weight 56 kg. Thanks.

As of now do daily yoga through a professional trainer for six months and if necessary go for Ivf but it can cost you approximately 1.5 lakh rupees.

Hello, Me and my husband are trying to conceive since 1.5 years and seeing a best gynaec of the city. Since 3 months we are on his prescribed tabs. In Feb he had suggested me to go for either laparoscopy or hsg to check. He was insisting on laparoscopy as my age is on higher side. However I chose hsg and everything is normal. Only the report says tat I have delayed spillage and for hsg he had prescribed me birth control for 21 days which I took and after tat on March 8 n 9th I only got spotting n tat too mild after tat no periods till today. In March we were supposed to go for iui but day before in hubby's report the motility came to be low than the last test. So he has suggested to do it in April. Dr. has suggested to go for 2 iuis if not then will go for lap Hubby medicine Lineator. Trental. stamina morning and night My medicine ovigyn cor3 ecosprin D3 Myo plus only night.

If sperm count is >15 million/ml and motility is >32%, your report is normal you can go for iui treatment. Medicines rarely help in correcting this issue. As there was delayed spill, you should go for laparoscopy which can identify the problem clearly and can be treated at the same time during laparoscopy. Iui is correct treatment after 3 failed cycles with medicines only.

I took multivitamins like ovabless, calcium, folic acid, vit e, ashokarishta as she prescribed but still not getting pregnant. I am now depressed losing hope. My periods regular, egg size 20-21. Endometrial 8.2 on 15th day. Egg rupture 15th day. She also prescribe clomid for 1 cycle. I took it. But still fail to get pregnant. What should I do now?

Your AMH is low, so you need to take DHEA like Ovigyn D. Also with low AMH, you need to consider assisted reproductive techniques at the earliest

ya light brown discharge is common during early days of pregnancy but if you had second line light in pregnancy test means you are pregnant so there is a two possibility either it is early pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy. You should do one ultrasonography to confirm location and weeks of pregnancy thanks.
