Asked for female, 36 years old from Jalandhar

Conceiving problem. Age is 36+. Amh 0.334 FSH 9.9 prolactin 15.4 lh 1.7. ovulation report is perfect. Taking ovigyn DSR 75 mg, m2 tone syrup and crotec EC capsule. Is there any hope for me to be positive.

One shouldn't leave hope but yes ovaries are going towards premature ovarian failure as AMH is too low and FSH high so likely chances of spontaneous conception are very less. Assisted reproductive technique may be needed in your case.

Hi I had a miscarriage in september 2018. Now again I am planning for baby. I visit one of the gynecologist and she give me mmr vaccination and said don't plan for next one month. And if you conceive this month, you should go for termination. She had prescribed me some medicines like folsafe d, fertisure f, ovigyn d3. Please advice shall I take these medicines or not. And shall I wait for next one month.

Dear sometimes if you have pain after injection hucog specially in cases of pcos, you might have a complication called ohss. Just to be sure, please show to your infert specialist once meanwhile take paracetamol as pain killer.

Dear lybrate-user,
you may need a different type of treatment starting from day 2 of your periods. In my opinion ovigyn d3 will not help much in your case. Rest can be discussed looking at all your reports.

Instead of trying to increase the AMH. try to concieve soon.

low AMH means there is low eggs in her body. u can increase the store. instead use those eggs to concieve as soon as possible

My wife is using ovigyn dsr from 18 days and her cycle is accurate length of 28 days and lmp was 26 Dec but on 15 jan again she could see some bleeding. Is it period came just after 20 days? Also taking 50 mg thyroxine for hypo thyroidinum and mcbm69 folic acid as per doctor prescription.

Period can come if she is not pregnant .On using Ovigyn-DSR 75 mg Tablet you may experience side effects such as white or brownish discharge from the vagina.
