after 3 month, take folic acid 5mg daily, along with take rich protein diet, green vegetable diet, dal, paneer, cheese, fruits, eggs etc, it will help you, welcome for further help. take cap autrin 1 cap od diet

In first pregnancy, you can feel the baby's movements at around 5-6 months, that too as a flicker/flutter type. You should have a high protein diet. You may take protein powder supplements with milk once a day. Iron and calcium tablets will be started in 4th month of pregnancy.

Hi, folic acid tablet is taken by any woman trying to conceive to prevent neural tube defect in newborn. It will not help in trying to conceive. It is a vitamin. Atleast 3 months before conception you should take the tablet. You can start taking it and to conceive you can consult a gynaecologist and take the help if needed.
