I took melatonin 2 hours after drinking and i'm not feeling very good is everything going to be okay i'm feeling very cold very shaky and just like short of breath here and there.

There is no side effect in using pantocid DSR since for 5 months regularly. Unless you have acidity you should not take it for lifelong or longer time

Pentofeb dsr is medicine for acidity and acid reflux its not going to help you in your tonsil infection.

Melatonin will help in sleep initiation only pregabalin can be taken for 2-3 month under medical guidance better to avoid long term use of serratopeptase.
