Hi, My mri reports says - Mild disc bulge with annular tear is seen at C5-C6 and C6-C7 level causing thecal sac indentation and foramina narrowing predominantly at C5-C6 level on the left side. What does this mean? What treatment it require? Thanks.

I have one tube block. After doing follicular study for 3 months, on 4th month my doc gave me clomifene citrate. I was ovulated on 17th day, she said me to have intercourse. She also gave duphaston tablets for 10 days. Can I expect pregnancy this month. For what purpose duphaston is used, to regularize my periods or to get pregnant?

Yes, tablets like clomiphene citrate used for inducing ovulation do cause hormonal. Changes and discomfort in breast. However these are transient and subside suggest you to complete pcod and infertility treatment.
