Hello-
Its not a ideal treatment. When on testosterone replacement therapy, the body may shut off its production of testosterone. This can lead to shrinking of testicles, and a reduction in fertility.

I am suffering from pcos. Doctor give me medicine ovafem plus 75mg capsule twice a day And actually when I start taking medicine. I feel a backache. And blood in stool.

Respected lybrate-user hi backache is related to hormonal changes. Blood in stool may be due to drug induced or constipation related. Don't take medi on empty stomach always take after meals with milk. Avoid all oily spicy stuffs avoid hard stool dear you will be ok thanks regards consult for any further queries.

your amh level is low and your doctor is giving you medicine for better chance of retention of pregnancy. one medicine is hormone and other medicine cblin is given to reduce prolactin levels which again increase the chance of retention and prevent miscarriage

Can I use dehydroepiandrosterone (sr) tablet 50 mg in 2 dose per day during pcod. My gynaecologist has given me along with folic acid, ferrous ascorbate, inositol, vitamin d3, chromium picolinate, n acetyl, l cysteine tablet, cholecalciferol tablet and soft gelatin capsule of ubiquinol, l carnitine l tartrate, astaxanthin, lycopene and zinc.

May be you are not trying at the right time, and not following the ovulation days.
So for now on if you have a regular cycle of 28-30 days then do intercourse every alternate day from day 8 of cycle till 18th day of cycle
start some exercise or yoga daily, it increases fertility and take regular nutritious diet.
Also get husband's semen analysis done.
