And smell from the nose is a sign of nasal discharge which is infected. U need to show an ent doc. And a word of advice .do not use otrivin without prescription Otrivin is known to cause addiction and a condition called rhinitis medicamentosa.

Otrivin should not be taken for more than 5 days. Continuous use of it causes a condition called Rhinitis medicamentosa which is the rebound nasal congestion and nasal block, You should stop using such medication and do proper consult and follow advice.
