You can safely take the nasal drop without any concern whatsoever. Covid-19 vaccines do not usually interact with medications.

Hello mam, wanna clarify one thing regarding usage of nasal drops. You shud not use those continuously as it may result in a medical complication. You need evaluation for your nose blockage problem. May be cos of allergy, or deviated nasal septum. Like these, many conditions are there .which are responsible for your nasal blockage.

To keep your nasal passages moist, you can:
use a humidifier or vaporizer.
Take long showers or breathe in steam from a pot of warm (but not too hot) water.
Drink lots of fluids. Use a nasal saline spray. Try a neti pot, nasal irrigator, or bulb syringe. Place a warm, wet towel on your face..

Don't use Otrivin for a long time .it will cause rebound edema of the nasal mucosa causing more nasal block. Need more details to give you a complete opinion on this. Please consult me through lybrate.

Otrivin should never be used on a regular basis. It leads to rebound nasal congestion (block. I would advise you to get a nasal endoscopy or a ct pns done to evaluate the extent of your problem which gives a clear idea about your nasal septum, turbinates and sinuses depending on which you would be advised medication or surgical intervention depending on the severity of your problem.

Hi,
It seems you have allergic rhinitis with Asthma. You need nasal steroid spray with inhaled bronchodilator. The sound at night is due to narrowing of airway which is typical of asthma.
