Best solution is to get septoplasty. Please atop using otrivin or nasivion .they have side effects.

You are habituated with these decongestant drops. You need to stop them immediately and never take them back instead you can start salspray nasal spray thrice daily and flomist nasal spray twice daily. For at least one month n cont upto 2 moths.

Kindly use ortrivin containing sodium chloride for nasal blockage.
