Hello mam, wanna clarify one thing regarding usage of nasal drops. You shud not use those continuously as it may result in a medical complication. You need evaluation for your nose blockage problem. May be cos of allergy, or deviated nasal septum. Like these, many conditions are there .which are responsible for your nasal blockage.

To keep your nasal passages moist, you can:
use a humidifier or vaporizer.
Take long showers or breathe in steam from a pot of warm (but not too hot) water.
Drink lots of fluids. Use a nasal saline spray. Try a neti pot, nasal irrigator, or bulb syringe. Place a warm, wet towel on your face..

U should not use otrivin nasal drops bcz on long term use causes side effect in form of rebound phenomenon called rhinitis medicamentosa that means persistent nasal block for which it is used. Instead of that use flomist nasal spray twice a day for 2 weeks and steam inhalation also twice a day.

Otrivin should not be taken for more than 5 days. Continuous use of it causes a condition called Rhinitis medicamentosa which is the rebound nasal congestion and nasal block, You should stop using such medication and do proper consult and follow advice.
