Hi, lack of energy could be owing to a lost of reasons--nutrient deficiencies, sporadic sleep cycles, under-eating and subsequently overeating, dehydration, skipping breakfast to name only a few reasons. To regain energy, ensure you drink ample water through the day and that your meals are wholesome and complete and that your daily diet includes fruits and fresh vegetables. Hope this helps.

Mr Sonu, Diabetes mellitus usually does not produce any symptoms, that is the reason many people do not come to know that they have diabetes. When fully developed it can cause excess urination, excess hunger, excess thirst, unexplained weight loss and tiredness.
Only way detect diabetes is to do a blood sugar level check.

Fatigue can be due to many reasons. Get cbc, thyroid profilevitamin supplements. Have fresh veg and fruits as much as possible. Avoid simple carbohydrate like sugar, white rice. Trans fat ,include nits, berries as snack.
Take break in between. Do pranayam ,meditation daily and in between studies.
