If the amount is very small ,side effects are unlikely. Although watch your baby carefully. For all practical purposes, use normal saline containing nasal drops only for infants.

Drink a lot of hot beverages.
Stay hydrated.
Sit a warm, wet towel on your face. It may relieve discomfort and open your nasal passages.
Prop yourself up. At night, lie on a couple of pillows. Keeping your head elevated may make breathing more comfortable.
Take steam before sleep.

Nasivion are just unbearable for small kids. They generally react instantly. But if your child is not reacting to it, just don't worry and switch nasal spray. Also most important is do not use nasal spray if baby is not very serious cold. Use hot water nass, pure and no side effect, also very effective.

Total fats to be taken in one day should be about 5 teaspoons. These can be distributed as 2 Mufa oils, 2 Pufa oils, 1 SFA oils. Mufa are like Olive/Groundnut oil, Pufa is like Saffola/Rice bran and SFA Saturated Fatty Acids, like Ghee, butter etc. You can vary the proportions a bit. So you can take one or two spoons of Ghee for adults or kids. Daily diet portions are also dictated by height, weight, age and activity level.
