Hello mam, wanna clarify one thing regarding usage of nasal drops. You shud not use those continuously as it may result in a medical complication. You need evaluation for your nose blockage problem. May be cos of allergy, or deviated nasal septum. Like these, many conditions are there .which are responsible for your nasal blockage.

Otrivin nose drops are not recommended for longer duration you need to visit ent specialist in person so exact cause of obstruction is know accordingly can get treatment. In current covid situation you can have teleconsultation. Hope answer is helpful.

U should not use otrivin nasal drops bcz on long term use causes side effect in form of rebound phenomenon called rhinitis medicamentosa that means persistent nasal block for which it is used. Instead of that use flomist nasal spray twice a day for 2 weeks and steam inhalation also twice a day.

Otrivin should not be taken for more than 5 days. Continuous use of it causes a condition called Rhinitis medicamentosa which is the rebound nasal congestion and nasal block, You should stop using such medication and do proper consult and follow advice.

There is nothing to be scared if the Otrivin drops was used in your kids by mistake.In Fact Otrivin is used for children even though in smaller concentration.

Yes you surely can use it
but do not use it for more than 10 days maximum.
You can use it twice a day 2 drops in ease nostril.
