Hello mam, wanna clarify one thing regarding usage of nasal drops. You shud not use those continuously as it may result in a medical complication. You need evaluation for your nose blockage problem. May be cos of allergy, or deviated nasal septum. Like these, many conditions are there .which are responsible for your nasal blockage.

To keep your nasal passages moist, you can:
use a humidifier or vaporizer.
Take long showers or breathe in steam from a pot of warm (but not too hot) water.
Drink lots of fluids. Use a nasal saline spray. Try a neti pot, nasal irrigator, or bulb syringe. Place a warm, wet towel on your face..

Otrivin nasal spray is dangerous to use for prolonged period without medical supervision. You must consult an ent specialist.
