As such no major side effects are there but your doctor must have advised these for few days. U should again visit your doctor if there is any problem. If no problem then discontinue cetrizine and ear drop because hole will be cured only by operation.

Hello-
yes it is ok for the first time but do not use it again on repeated basis. It is a anaesthetic gel (and not a lube for sex) that only cuts the frictional pain sensation during sex. So it will not be good for your partner and for you too. Its best to use other water based lubes.
