Pain in calf may be due to vitamin d deficiency or it may be due to radiculopathy .i would suggest you to take evion lc once a day for a week for calf pain and get your serum vitamin d and vit b12 testing done and if found deficient appropriate treatment can be started.

It' s good to know that you are taking your calcium and vitamin d supplementation, you need intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. Yes, high intake of calcium can cause kidney stones. Replace calcium carbonate by calcium citrate as it is more bioavailable, that is more easily absorbed by the body.

Also increase your water intake (5-6 litres).
