Hi,
Check you blood for serum calcium levels. If it is low, take calcium supplements. Dietary supplements include milk and milk products, ragi preparations etc. So, drink 2 glasses of milk per day.

1. Milk, cheese, egg yolk, fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, mushroom, cereals, orange are good source of vitamin d
2.15-20 minute exposure to sun light in morning
diet rich in calcium
