What do you mean by drop in vitamin levels, i understand night shifts can be exhausting, get you calcium, vitamin D levels done, also get CBC , ESR done so that we can see your Hb status.

= increase fluid intake.
= eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins
= do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles.
= if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints.

take nuts almonds and banana.
do simple exercises in morning hours like lying on floor straight .slowly lift your left leg, keep min15 sec. follow for 5times.

- whenever you are eating think of quality. eat healthy stuff and mix so that you get all nutrients
- keep fruits dry fruits milk and milk products handy so that you can take them at short notice
- take multivitamins iron calcium with vit D as per need
- exercise whenever you get time and mix different types aerobic strength training stretching
- when standing long seek opportunity to move. even few steps will help
