It might be because of bad posture while standing walking and sitting try to correct your posture, and you can use hot fermentation that will reduce your pain. For that dip a towel in to hot water squeez it and wrap around your lower back.

walking is very important as a simple exercise so you have to walk regular 3 km and increase your water.
