Dear user, vit d is usually at its peak in the morning upto 11 am and later on only the uv increases. This is why sunlight exposure from 7 am- 11 am is the best. There is little more exposure after that but the. The time is in the morning. Hi lybrate-user, I would suggest you to go for knee strengthening exercises as it will reduce your pain. In the meantime please go for proper investigation like xray to check if there is any arthritis or not. Also would suggest you to take proper diet which should include calcium. If required, take calcium tablets also.
