Headache and fever persistent for 3 days should be evaluated first. Get your basic blood reports done like Haemogram done and consult with your local doctor.
Don't take diclofenac in such conditions as if this condition is a viral fever associated with decrease in platelet count you can have bleeding diathesis. You can take paracetamol which will relieve your fever and headache both and is safe too.
Do not continue self medication if problem is persistent, get professional advice.

Two week is quite a long duration to wait. As per the symptoms you have mentioned here, it seems like your tooth has an acute infection. I would rather suggest you get the RCT initiated as early as possible.
Your pain will reduce significantly after the first session on RCT since it will reduce the inflammation that is build up inside the tooth.
You can take intramuscular injections of Diclofenac for immediate pain relief but it will not help you in longer run.

Don't give such medicine it has diclofenac really stressful on liver. Azithromycine require monitoring that's not very safe. To add antibiotics I will suggest you to give proper history about d condition. For d time being you can give 1) tab dolo 325 mg sos 2) plenty of fluids 3) rest. If you hav any other cheif complaint that you should tell that. Take care and hav a nice day.

Rheumatoid factor (ra factor) is not a diagnostic investigation of rheumatoid arthritis rather it has some prognostic importance. It might be increased in a normal person who doesn't have any signs & symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. It's very essential to know your symptoms before commenting to your medicines prescribed. It's better to consult a rheumatologist.

Jelqing is an exercise that some people use to try to naturally increase the size of their penis. It involves using a hand-over-hand rolling motion to move blood to the head of your penis and stretch it. It’s sometimes called “milking.”
There aren't enough medical studies to suggest that jelqing can actually increase your penis size.
It’s a fairly safe practice, but it may lead to pain, irritation, or scar tissue formation if you do it too often or aggressively. Here’s no shortage of pil...more
