These are side effects of the drugs. Increase your water intake, hydrate your face with water do not wipe, allow water to soak. Stop medications for some time and allow skin to replenish itself.

1. Wash face regularly --washing regularly can reduce the amount of oil on the skin. Wash with a gentle soap and warm water

There are various pain killers
1.if you are diabetic then use only ultracet (tramadol+paracetamol) or combiflam twice daily for 3 days
2.if not you can take diclofenac +paracetamol twice for 3 days.

Impacted wax is the cause of the ear pain. After putting the ear drops for 10 days the wax will become a little soft & then it has to be syringed out.
Consult an ent surgeon only & do not consult any other specialist or general practitioner. There is a technique of removing the wax without injuring the ear drum.

Not a wise idea go to a dentist get his opinion why the pain is there if cavity get it filled you may require rct ncap.

Stop running for some time. When you recover, start with small distance run at a slow pace. Gradually increase your stamina.
