It's important to know the reason for the weakness. Get her CBC, ESR, blood sugar, thyroid test, urine routine etc. Please have a regular follow up with the doctor who already knows about your mothers health status. Please update the reports for further clarification. You can start Homeopathy along with the existing medicines as it is safe and effective even in old aged people.

Starting treatment is ok but you need to rule out secondary hypertension. Some baseline investigations like KFT, urine analysis, usg abdomen, ECG, echocardiography are required.

Also start with lifestyle changes like - 1) daily brisk walking, begin gradually and then increase to 40-45 mins daily 2) Avoid high salt rich food like chips, namkeens, pickles, sauce, chutney. 3) Quit smoking and drinking if you do 4) Eat a heart healthy diet.

Behavioral therapy
behavioral therapy uses exercises to help build tolerance to delay ejaculation. The goal is to help you train your body away from premature ejaculation. Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given, where there is nothing mentioned like actual glucose levels (Fasting & PP) & HbA1c%, so difficult to know what is the actual situation. Because nothing is clear when you say "sugar is normal" as I am not sure what is normal according to you. Plus there is no mention of age, tablet strength (Glycomet once before breakfast) & what is that 20 mg for BP & what is the BP reading? Unless all the details are given specifically, no comment...more
